This notice announces the availability of funds and solicits
applications from eligible entities to compete for financial assistance
through the Sustainable Skylines Initiative (SSI). The SSI provides a
framework to integrate transportation, energy, land use and air quality

to achieve positive environmental impacts, livability, and economic
development benefits for many generations to come.
