Paper Examines Potential for Transport Policy to Reduce Economic Inequality

The International Transport Forum has published a discussion paper on
the economic role of transportation policy in fostering social
equality. The paper argues that transportation planning, economic
evaluation methods, and governance mechanisms should do a better job of
taking into account the potential benefits of transport policy to reduce
